  • I have been here about 3 years ago with our granddaughter. Was pretty good, but a little over priced. IT HAS BEEN CLOSED WELL OVER A YEAR NOW.  more »
  • This venue is closed and has been for quite some time. They had a playground, bowling alley and mini golf. All are now closed and fenced off to trepassers.  more »
  • Happy Times closed in 2016. When open, our family enjoyed the arcade games and go-carts. The facility became worn and lacked daily maintenance.  more »

  • ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! The owner and employees were disrespectful, the place was a dump, and the food was disgusting. Thank heaven that Happy Tymes went out of business! The FunPlex in Mt. Laurel NJ is much better!
  • We went to Happy times for bowling and to let our children's play in their play area. When we got there we discovered that it has two buildings. One is the children's play place and the other the bowling alley. Worth knowing. You have to bowl or play, but you can't do both at the same time. If you look at their website it is not 100% clear that this is the case, but in retrospect you might guess when you go back and look. They should make this much clearer, as it would help people plan in advance. The bowling alley wasn't too bad, but there were three major problems we found. One was that the "children's" balls were too heavy. They only had one size available at the time. You can get lighter balls and if you call yourself a "family" fun center you should put more effort into the "family" part. The second was related. They had a very poor selection of balls overall. Not enough balls and not enough variety of sizes. My wife never found a ball that fit her hands in a weight she could use. Very poor form for a bowling alley. The third problem was with the children's bowling ramp. It was rubbish. My youngest needed to use it, but it has been broken in the past and is cobbled back together and no longer is fit for purpose. The fact that the owner doesn't replace broken parts says a lot about the way the facility is run. Also, for being a "family" fun center you would expect that they would have separate pricing for little kids and adults, but you would be wrong. They just want your money. The only deals are if you go all inclusive. Having a discount for young children would help public relations much more than giving answers on google reviews. Now on the play place. It was very dusty. It was also very dry inside so that there was static electricity everywhere (and this was on a cold damp day so it shows they could use some thought in their heating). In the main play area there were lots of little bits and pieces which were frayed, broken, or hazardous. There was a broken plexiglass window on the top level and another one in an overhanging area. I got the impression that the staff don't go through and check it for safety nearly as carefully as they think they do. Broken pieces at height in an area for young children is inviting disaster. (From the look of it they were not recent breaks either). I'd also not that they really don't have much of anything for very little children. I wouldn't bring an under 3 there unless they add in a proper play area for the tiny ones. Beyond that the staff seemed unhappy and bored. I've been to play places on three continents and this was easily the worst of the lot. I hope they get some good competition to shape them up, as they come across as being fairly secure in their mediocrity. The only reason that the place gets two stars is that it has potential. It could be good if the ownership gets its act together in the facility as well as it does in responding to complaints on google. I'd suspect that the owner would benefit from visiting some quality family fun centers and turning their establishment into what it could be.
  • Great place! Staff is very friendly, first time there and the staff was happy to explain everything! only spent 25.95 for my daughter to go on all indoor rides (rock wall, jungle gym, train, frog ride and these tea cups that spin around) and also the go carts and mini golfing as many times as she wanted too! great deal! spent around 5 hours there! not spending anymore then thirty dollars! loved it and highly recommend this place! also very clean:)
  • This place is so run down don't waist your time! All the games inside are run down and 20+yrs old. Half the games where either broken or didn't pay out tickets. When we did get a good handful of tickets all we could get as a prize was tattoos. Please just close your doors.
  • Rudest person on the phone. My son was invited to the birthday and the family had provided the happy time's phone number. So I called them, mistaken that it was their number. The person could have easily told me to call or reach the family for RSVP but no he YELLED at me saying that they are thousand of kids coming to them and he does not care whose birthday it was. I was trying to explain him that I intended to call the family but since that was the number on the card. Regardless, there was no reason to yell at the customer calling to inquire something. Happy time and the unhappiest (rudest) person does not go together. I have never written a negative comment but this is unacceptable. Be nice if you chose to pick up a phone representing some business especially if it is children's recreational place.
