  • Wasn't sure what to expect (other than a lot of trucks) when we came here. Was pleasantly surprised by how nicely presented they were. An amazing collection covering the lifetime of the trucking industry with trucks of all different shapes, sizes and times. Most of the collection has been restored beautifully and while there are some unrestored vehicles, I think that helps to give the visitor an appreciation of just how much work has gone into the restored ones (while keeping the unrestored vehicles in a controlled environment where their condition will not worsen). Thoroughly enjoyed the 90 minutes we spent here and it was a highlight of the weekend.
  • Stopped on my way to Des Moines, well worth the visit.Admission is a donation to help run the place, dozens of old types of trucks, many the only ones in existence.
  • Is there a better way to spend a lazy afternoon in Davenport than going to the I-80 trucking museum....probably, but this place is fun too! A lovely array of old trucks and more facts about each one than you can shake a stick at! The antique truck of the month is always lovely (though I've only seen one) and it's a good talking point for your next soiree' or hang time with the grandparents. Free admission and good way to kill between 10-60 minutes.
  • Nice collection of trucks with info signs for self guided tour museum free admission
  • This is a nice little truck based museum just west of Davenport. I was in Davenport for the day and I decided to stop by. Well worth the visit.
