  • Stunning beach. Very quiet. Our beach (opposite the Grand Wailea Hotel) was spectacular, very quiet despite servicing 3 hotels. The sunsets are spectacular.

  • This is the beach behind the Grand Wailea. It is not very obvious, but there is public access and parking just past the Grand Wailea. Another option for access is to use the Grand Wailea valet parking. This can be validated if you spend more than $30 anywhere in the resort, or if you make a reservation for their luau. Spending this much is easy to do as there are quite a few shops, bars, restaurants, activities, etc. All of which are extensive. The beach itself is very nice. Right behind the beach is a beautiful walking/running path that connects several resorts to Wailea Ekahi village. An amazing place to take a jog with epic ocean views and then cool off in the ocean.
  • Great before the trade winds come in. Clear water and some great surf on large summer swells. Great Maui Beach.
  • Great for small children, relatively calm ocean here, very gentle slope to deeper water and lots of sand areas to play in. Ocean floor is Sandy's and not rocky here.
  • Lovely beach, not rough at all. Great for kids. Only downside is the sand is so fine it can get lodged in the layers of your bathing suit. Feels weird complaining about soft, smooth sand on a beach, though :)
  • An absolutely beautiful beach with easy swimming and pretty good snorkeling on the south end.
