  • Went for the first time this weekend. Wasn't overwhelmed. Our 15 month old baby had a blast, but not much to do for our near 4 year old. He was too old for the baby area stuff and too short for ANY of...  read more »
  • Waco is lucky to have one of the Hawaiian Falls parks right here in Central Texas. We're season pass holders, and have always found it to be clean and pretty well run. We tend to go early, and find th...  read more »
  • This park is mainly for children. There is a slide or two that is fun for older kids and adults, but there was very little things to do. The wave pool didn't have strong waves only little curren and t...  read more »
  • A small park, but that's part of the charm. Nothing crazy, but you don't have to fight hordes of people to get on the slides or in the lazy river. They let you bring in your own food and drinks with a $10 cooler pass. That's a good thing though, because the snack bar service is AWFUL. It takes forever to get anything, half of them are closed, and they've been out of ice cream most of the summer. But you go there to swim- and that's a good bargain.
  • Great summer fun Nice place to take the family. Can find good deals online. A bit unorganized seems like the kids working there are also the ones managing it. But still better than going to some of the bigger more crowded water parks in Texas.
  • My wife and I just had a baby a month ago and we have 2 other boys so we wanted to take them somewhere but stay local. After discussion we chose Hawaiian Falls because it is only 7 miles from our house (we usually go to Schlitterbahn multiple times during the summer). Since this would be our first time to the park, I decided to contact someone there and inquire about a cabana. I spoke with Nicole and let me say she was ABOVE helpful. She even went as far as taking a few cabana pictures to email me. After all was said and done I spoke with Nicole a total of 4 times over the phone, just to answer questions about the park. On the last phone call, since my wife is nursing our daughter, I inquired about a private location so that my wife could nurse. Nicole put me on hold for a few minutes but came back to tell me that they wanted to make sure we were taken care of and that we could use the managers office for privacy. When we got to the park we met with Denise & Nicole and right away they were both very accommodating to our needs. I can honestly say I have never been to a business where we were taken care of so well. Nicole & Denise should be commended on there hospitality and great customer service. We will DEFINITELY be back to this park because of what we experienced with Nicole & Denise. In regards to the park, we enjoyed ourselves, the park was large enough to have fun, but small enough to allow our 13 & 9 year old to wander the park unaccompanied by an adult (you could pretty much see anywhere in the park from our cabana). The cabana's are a GREAT value! Overall a great experience at your park!
  • Worst restroom facilities of any HF, dirty/TP on floor and terrible smell in all 3: mens/womens & family restroom during our 3 hrs here today. Dirty activity/lap lane pool - if you can't see the bottom of 4ft, close it. Not family friendly "clean" up your act!
  • It seems to be going downhill. I've had a pass three years, and things start to break and they don't fix it. I heard there's "some news" about this location, and I hope it's either expanding because it's unfortunate we pay so much for a place that's falling apart. no walk-across rope thing, near the lap pool anymore, no turtle/squid/who knows floating things near the whirlpool, many malfunctioning "steering wheels" that turn fountains or sprays on and off. ok, not a one is fully functional. they did remove the unstable fence, but it's NOT safe for it to be gone. blue mat under the water is coming up slowly but surely. people have been friendly. wish we could still put the low chairs closer to/in the water!!! keep me a little wet and cool.THE SHADE IN THE SPLASHPAD is GONE. that's my (younger) kid's favorite place, and now I can't sit there, or play hours on end without getting sunburnt. I do wish the wave pool were on a TIMER so that we'd be sure to get waves every 15 OR 30 minutes, not every once in a while, when we need to leave in 20 minutes and it hasn't been on in for-stinkin-ever. I've emailed them post-season with many suggestions but removing the unstable fence was about the only thing they took care of. God bless, and keep up (ONLY) the Christian music!!!!
