I have been here many times, it is so fun. Every car is for sale. There are many vehicles to look at! Antique mall also extensive. We never get through all the Antiques, but the cars are fabulous to l... read more »
Had an unbelievable number of cars to see! Really enjoyed the different things that were in the museum! Also got to see a lot of antique cars that were for sale too. Spent a lot of time looking at the... read more »
Compared to other nearby auto museums this does not compare. The Dusenberg display is amazing but the rest is basically a vintage auto dealership. If you are really into car history maybe worthwhile.
Man I had a blast, I don't know a whole lot about cars, but I could still appreciate them. The thing that really interests me, and I feel a little guilty saying this seeing all of the cool cars, was the animatronic pirate band. They where SOOO funny! I also recorded their show and uploaded it to YouTube and people seemed to really enjoy them also. Their movements where super smooth and the showtapes where really entertaining. When I went I was expecting them to be just an average animatronic band, but I'm so glad I got to see something really unique. I still can't find the name of any names of the charicters or the name of the band. I could find the article about you found one of the orginal creators of the band though. And if the owner could reply and tell me their names or just make up some names would be really cool! I'm hoping to come back soon....
Freakin awesome! Really. I went there with freinds and were in our early 30's i literally felt like a kid in a candy store. Great selection of cars. The prices definitely felt like resonable. It was hard leaving the Volo muesum and not think "man I can definitely afford that", if only Volo had a Chevy K5 Blazer, I probably wouldve left with a new truck. (Hint, hint) Not only the cars are fun to take in but the military showroom was very interesting and i appreciated that a lot. Also, the antique mall which is huge. A lot of walking but it brought me flashback memories when i was younger. Youll definitely end up buying something becasue its nostalgic.
There is so much to see and do while you are there. They have a lot of nice cars from various eras and even some from famous movies, which might be replicas but still cool to see. You can spend hours there and still not see everything. There are five buildings filled with cars. There is a huge antic mall which goes for miles. There is also a very nice gift shop, which reminds me of a antique shop in how it's layed out. To round things out parking is free and the staff is very friendly.
If you even remotely like cars then you HAVE to check this place out. It's absolutely amazing. Cars galore for every type of person. It's worth it to go just for "Eleanor".
Morbidly overpriced, employees went out of their way to be as rude and nasty as they could. Cars they claim are real Hollywood cars are OBVIOUS forgeries. I wouldn't buy a car from these guys if they only wanted five bucks for it. They can't tell the truth about anything, and neither of the "salesmen" I spoke to were capable of keeping their stories straight. If you so much as say "Yeah I'm not sure that's true" be prepared for a big mess of hostility. Will take my money somewhere that actually appreciates it and wants more. This place OBVIOUSLY doesn't.
