  • Lots of activities year round for the whole family. There are antique tractors, antique clocks, and the occasional tractor and train rides. The museum hosts the annual gem show and the Vista Fiber Fiesta. There's also the Weaver's Barn full of looms and spinning wheels that are still being used. You can watch the weavers, and sometimes spinners, on most Thursdays and Saturdays.
  • A gem. Went for a music event and discovered a great museum in the making. The embrace of others who are on grounds makes this a special place. A working blacksmith, model railroad and a clock exhibit are 3 examples.
  • Went during the mini maker faire and the spring steam engine and tractor show. Lots of great old farm and construction equipment and the little ones really enjoyed being able to walk around and touch real "might machines".
  • We went when a Civil War reenactment event was hosted at the museum. One of the best ones in Southern California. The museum itself is must see place. The variety of machinery is impressive. The black smith shop and the weaving building were great. Plan on spending most of a day to view everything.
  • This place was amazing. My children were so excited. We rarely get to enjoy outings as a family because we have an autistic child. He absolutely loved it! The staff was so great with him!
