    This is a museum of fire apparatus that was used in Virginia City, which burned down 2 or 3 times!! in the 1800's. They have made a great effort to preseve the equipment and also to present the story ...  more »

    We've lived here for 16 yrs and finally made it inside the museum. It's very nicely set up with engines of various ages and the displays are informative. During those years I've known many people working there but never went in! Go inside and make a donation.

    Nice small museum with great collections of old fireman equipments, really well maintained. The gentleman who was the staff of the day was super friendly. This whole place runs on donation fundings so if you enjoy the exhibition please be sure to donate!
