  • Nice and nostalgic business. Good Customer Service, not pushy for building tour. Prices reasonable. Bought a few sea shell items, Sea Time Tea (really good taste), other souvenirs that's not in other ...  more »

  • Was enjoyable and educational and the gentleman who gave the tour was very good. Some displays were hands on and photos of the past help convey the story the rescue men in row boats.

  • Great place to visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Interesting place to learn about how boat rescues happened and the history about the area.
  • Very rude staff of women. An older gentleman took us on a tour and he was knowledgeable and friendly however the old women and one slightly younger women who contributed no knowledge but much unprofessionalism. They need more actual veterans or intelligent people who know and appreciated this place.
  • A detailed history of a bygone era. If you're a history buff and was previously in or is in the US Coast Guard this is a cool place to visit. Memorabilia and photos from a time when the USCG was The Lifesaving Service. The building itself reminds me of my old station in NC: Oregon Inlet.. (the old one under the dunes...south of the bridge.)
  • Nice place, but you ought to pay 4 bucks for each person!
  • highly receommended
