  • Great mall. First time to Virginia Beach and of course where is the mall I think lol. Based on the name I was expecting generic. I was so surprised. As soon as my fiancĂ© read there was an Apple Store ...  more »

  • Somehow I manage to find a mall or outlet owned and operated by Simon everywhere that I venture. And once again, they did not disappoint. Although it is your standard (Large) mall, it offers everythin...  more »

  • I love the newly remodeled mall, it took a little while to get use to it but I love the open main area. There's a wide variety of stores and food choices. I love the Barnes and Nobles book store the best. There's plenty of parking and they keep the grounds well kept.
  • Love this mall. The service in each store is very nice. The food court can be packed sometimes but the lines go quick. The workers are nice and the floors and tables are cleaned after one is done eating. If you want to walk around with friends, go shopping, or shop for presents, this mall just might be right for you.
  • Maybe it's because my first experience there was during a MAJOR renovation but this has always seemed like a cramped and well not exactly the kind of place where you could eat off the floors...O.K. a little dumpy to me. Otherwise the retail selection seems pretty good but I don't eat at the food court. Will give them another look and maybe be able to edit up.
  • Probably.one of the better malls in the area and they are still improving the shops after the renovation. They also have Maggie McFly's which has a really extensive menu. The theater is also pretty nice. Usually its pretty quiet during the week but can get pretty crowded on weekends but there is always something to do for the whole family.
  • This is my dad's favorite mall. We've been going to this mall, for over 12+ years now. It has had some major structural changes done to it, recently, but it's still a great mall. It has a decent selection of great stores, and a great movie theater, and it's surrounded by excellent restaurants. It's got a clean, safe atmosphere, and i always see security patrolling the mall perimeter. Plus, the clientele is mostly made up of military families, so everyone mostly well-behaved. The only drawback is that the food court is now on ground level, whereas it used to be on the 2nd floor that they now demolished, so when people start pouring into the mall it can get very crowded and difficult to navigate through all of the people on the ground level. Otherwise, it is a nice, quaint little shopping mall. :)
