  • We camped here over Memorial weekend, getting two sites next to each other. We were in Section A, and it is a very narrow road in and out of there, and not marked well. Suppose to be one way, but one ...  more »
  • Went before Memorial Day so it was real quiet but it was absolutely beautiful. Great place to camp, fish, or just relax.  more »
  • We live in another part of Indiana and had never heard of Versailles State Park. What a lovely gem tucked away in the southeast part of our state! We were there in April and the white dogwoods were al...  more »
  • Horrible customer service by the Squirrel police. The guy that works evenings has some kinda power trip going on. While trying to unload in the pouring rain he was worried about us moving our 2nd vehicle. Then another time I had just returned at 11am and he was a real Jerking about getting the second vehicle out of there. Sites were not anywhere near close to what the pics shown on the website. Bathrooms need some work. Won't be returning.
  • Wonderful place to hike, take you family for a picnic, camp, they have a great pool area, rent a boat or kayak, fish or just sit by the lake and read a book. The DNR Staff there are so incredibly nice and very informative. I recommend this Beautiful State Park to anyone.
  • The one car rule for camping is a little over the top. Pool was way too busy to go swimming. Had fun anyway!
  • I can't wait to go back. I would love to try out the mountain bike trails that people have worked so hard to create and maintain these trials. I put up a picture that shows a lot of the cut ash trees, but it didn't really taint our experience. We had a really nice campground host. We actually camped right across from them.
  • Nice park but the lake needs something done with it. To shallow in a lot of areas.
