  • Ate at the food court, went to some place where they sell pastries and fudge. Good vibes and atmosphere from patrons and staff. Some pretty ladies in blue dresses gave me beads and made me smile. I like flowers so the water fountain and tulip garden was visually stimulating. Upside down umbrellas in the main hall reminded m of kite flying. I've really enjoyed it there whenever I go.
  • I went and played bingo. It was a lot of fun. There was free soda and coffee. The price of bingo was half off due to a special. Buying cards for the games was easy as there were workers all around helping. I would definitely go again. They even had a smoking section for those who partake of that.
  • I've never stayed at the hotel so I can't speak for that. However I've ate at a handful of the restaurants and the food has always been great. The gaming floor is lively on the weekends and the bingo hall is top notch. There are a million other things to do there that I haven't yet experienced
  • The conference rooms are nice and well-kept. I have had the buffet-style and the sit-down catering and both were great. The only thing I do not enjoy is the smoke billowing out of the casino room area.
  • The Turning Stone Resort Casino present my family and I with a plethora of activities to participate in. During our visit, our main goal was to purchase a gift card for golfing rounds. After our purchase, we used the indoor driving range, located in the exact proximity as the pro shop where we bought the gift card. The facility was clean, very accessable, and spacious. After, we drove from that facility to the indoor parking garage. The parking garage was connected to the main building which house our next destination, The Upstate. The Upstate offered great food and a decent selection of beers.overall, service was great. A few employees acted bored with their positions, but none the less gave us great service.
