  • We did dinner and enjoyed a special sandwich and macaroni and cheese. Their brewed beer offerings were quite expansive and offered good choices. Good service!
  • We visited OIB on a Saturday afternoon. Good staff, nice atmosphere. Eight of their "Grove to Glass" project beers were on tap; we tasted all eight. Lambic fans are in for a treat, with several very n...  more »

  • The bees are interesting and unusual. As with any brewery, not every beer is fantastic. I have had two different flights on two o caissons a d shared with a friend. Only 2 of the 10 didn't "do it" for me. He liked all of them. The stand out items on the menu are the hog wings (!!!) and the mac n cheese. Live music was good both times. Staff is attentive.
  • The atmosphere is rustic and the food is yummy. My husband and I have very different tastes in beer and they have a good selection of varied brews. The ones they brew there all have a citrus spin on them but for those that aren't fond of citrus they have a few others from other brewers on tap. To forewarn you, they do not have anything other than Florida brews on tap. If you want a Budweiser or Sam Adams there are plenty of other places to go. If you want to support local or like something a little different this is a great place. All in all, Orchid Island is a place I will definitely frequent.
  • Excellent brewery. I love how they manage to incorporate local citrus into their beers in a delicate and flavorful way. The bar itself is also very classy and fun. Well worth a stop and most certainly holds its own in a competitive east coast Florida brew scene.
  • Great staff, awesome food and a beer and wine selection to please anyone! Love this place. Had to come here twice in our two day stay!
  • Very helpful and knowledgeable bartender. We had the Ruben and potato salad which were delicious! Also the chips and salsa was unique and very tasty! We had their grapefruit beer, a dark beer and a Florida wit beer. All three were great!
