  • Lovely. Peaceful ten minute walk. Beautiful views of Lake Champlain. Gorgeous views of the Adirondak Mountains. Be aware the park closes Columbus day weekend in October.
  • I have traveled 49 states and 7 Canadian provinces, and I've stayed in campgrounds most of those. Button Bay ranks at the TOP! I have never seen such well-maintained campsites. We spent 4 nights in ea...  more »

  • Clean quiet and family camping. 20 a night for an out of state tent site. No hook up but sweet sites some with water views. Kayak and canoe access is tough cause the lake is low. Use the boat launch. Quarter mile to the south... or have on a good pair of mud shoes. .. looks like a few sites could accommodate a big rig. We are in a 25 ft moterhome about found many sites to choose from. Pay showers... clean but older bathrooms.
  • perfect side. nice and quiet places. a lot of space and lawn.
  • Just took a walk there in the off season. It's a nice park to take a 2 mile walk at and the see Lake Champlain. Parking is very limited in the off season, mostly just along the road on the grass.
  • Not the best state park but all around it's a decent place to camp.
  • Very clean park with activities and space for the whole family. Amazing views of Lake champlain.
