  • We returned to the Harbor for a second time and had a great time. Lots of great views, a handy family friendly beach and some really fun stores. Lots of good places to eat as well
  • So if your in the mood for great seafood, Andrea's is the place to be. Voted county best some stupid number of years in a row. Lots of specialized shops to checkout also.
  • A few quaint little shops to browse. A carousel and arcade area with homemade fudge and treats. A nice place to relax. Free trolley got us there.

  • A nice variety of stores and a great walk down the boardwalk next to the harbor, Looking Out Among the boats. Great ice cream shop called Coastal cone. Arcade was nice too for the kids with a giant carousel. They had some live music at one of the bars that you can listen to from outside the restaurant which added to the ambience
  • What isn't to like? The grounds are lovely, the ocean is nearby and the shops and restaurants are interesting and attractive. It is also a great place to walk. This is a lovely destination.
  • It's a local hangout with a few great places to eat. The retail side of things varies now and then, but it's always busy on the weekends. The centerpiece of this place is actually, and sadly, the weakest. The carousal and arcade room are in sad disrepair. The carousel itself isn't so bad, I mean don't expect a classic vintage boardwalk style carousel, it's like a 90s reproduction type, but it's OK. The video games on the other hand are just dimly lit, hardly playable teases to what could be. I don't understand why they're even plugged in using energy when several are so far gone you can't even make sense of what is on the screen or have crudely written "OUT OF ORDER" warnings taped to them. Other than that inexplicable waste of prime space, it's very local, very Ventura. PS, if you're going to get a delicious treat from Coastal Cone, bring cash!
  • Home ways is changing collection stores. Little man loves getting to go to the river to see the boats that's what was going shopping for next next and Gifts in Oddities. What is a large and varied selection of some fantastic Foods. Enjoy visiting the area every chance I get.
  • This is a great place to walk, dine, and relax. The two resteraunts I have tried here are great! They often have local musicians and bands playing. Unfortunately, several of the shops close early (4-5), so shopping after work is very limited and weekends are really crowded. The shops that do stay open are fun! I will be posting individual ratings for them.
