  • I don't expect world class food, but what they had was decent. The bowling was fun, but the lanes had technical issues. It's a fun hangout. I recommend this for a fun outing.
  • I went to Big Al's for the first time. My first impression was, wow this place looks HUGE inside. The next thing I noticed was how noisy and loud it was inside Big Al's. You have loud music. Loud soun...  more »

  • One of the best places to take a family for a fun, friends night out (adults or kids), Sunday or Monday night football. They have a big bowling alley for people that love bowling and also a private section for big groups that want to get crazy and a full arcade for adults and kids. The food here is really good, it's not your typical bowling alley food, they actually even have a restaurant away from the bowling alley and arcade so you don't have kids running around you, two bars, and the restaurant area also has four giant screens and multiple flat screens. Did I forget to mention this place is fun for adults as well? They have a private 21 and over bar/billiards area upstairs that overlooks the restaurant below and all of the screens. This place is awesome and I'm glad it's on the Westside located in Progress Ridge.
  • I know this place has a somewhat sketchy reputation with its employees but from a purely consumer standpoint this place is awesome. We love to come here and bowl and do some arcade games. My kid is sort of into bowling and loves the arcade games. The arcade stuff seems a bit pricey to me and especially the ticket games. I hate that I get suckered into buying tickets to get a $5 plushie. That's all part of the ambiance though. If you can get your family into bowling once in a while this place is really fun. They have the gutter bumpers so your little ones will always kick your butt at bowling and they love to do that, at least mine do.
  • If you don't have fun here, you've got a problem. Love the adult lounge upstairs, a great break from all the excitement. Great for kids, and good quality food and service.
  • We visited from out of town and had a wonderful time. The waitress was wonderful. She suggested other fun places to take our children, had great conversation, and great service. Then we took our boys upstairs to play games and they enjoyed themselves, as did we. The arcade staff was great and very helpful. Thanks Big Al's!!! We had a great time!
  • One big building to have a big night out. A fun place to take the family with a restaurant equipped with the huge jumbotrons to watch your favorite game with good food and better drinks. Adjacent is the bowling alley where you can bowl in cull view of your favorite artist's music videos from Michael Jackson to Beyonce. Then up the stairs brings you to a clean top of the line arcade with classics like pacman to local favorites like Big Bass Wheel. Go Big with Big Al's
