  • Nice place to camp. The lake at Starve Hallow is beautiful. The camping sites are spacious. You can swim but there are no life guards.
  • We were camping w/ 2 other families, had sites #16,17, &18 along the lake. Great sites, although 18 had trees on both sides of the pad which made it very difficult to back the trailer in. Nice grass a...  read more »

  • One of the nicest recreation areas I've been to, very clean! I have just returned again froma wonderful weekend regardless of rain! Starve Hollow is a very nice palce to relax.
  • Rally good smaller park. Nice for a weekend getaway. Beware though that if you rent a canoe or a flat boat they are metal and if it is sunny out they will get very hot. Best to take some cushions if you plan to rent a boat
  • Love this place. It's the best if you can get a spot on the water. Beautiful small lake & lots of shade trees in the camping area. Bring your non motorized boat canoe/cayak or rent one either way you and any kids you may have will enjoy exploring the lake and catching a few fish at the same time.
  • Bathrooms was dirty with mold on walls. Bathrooms not accessible to person in wheerchairs. Accessible camping areas given to people with no disabilities cause easier to set up their campers.they had a problem with me taking my service dog into bathroom. Classified him as a "pet."
  • Best campground ever. We camp there at least once a month. so much to do there with your family.
