  • My family took the guided trip down the caverns. The 45min tour was very interesting and our guide was awesome! There is a lot of steep steps so if you have any physical limitations this is not a trip...  more »

  • We took the kids for their Birthday gift and it was wonderful. My husband and I took the walking tour to the bottom of the cavern to watch the kids rappel down. The kids not only rappelled but also did the zip-line and gem mining. Great memories and great pictures! Thank you for helping give an adventure to the kids for their Birthday!
  • Basically, one very large open chamber with some huge formations! The staircase getting in is quite difficult (165ft vertical) but of interesting construction. They do "adventure tours" which are probably more rewarding, with a long rappel, some actual creating around in the mud, and much more of the cave to explore. Didn't get to try that, out the zip line which seems very popular.
  • Probably one of the better experiences that I have had at these types of adventure parks. The cavern is totally a worthwhile visit, definitely do the 45 minutes tour, and check out the underground cave. The guides there are very funny, entertaining, and overall a great time. If you have time do the repel
  • What a great place to play with my kids. We had fun panning for gems, zip lining and repelling into their massive cave. My 16 year old wanted to do the repelling again he loved it so much. Once was good enough for me! Man, what a thrill to drop into that massive chamber on a rope. Staff was great and very friendly. I can still hear the zing of the zip lines!
  • Customer service was fantastic. One of the guides really messed up and left my pregnant self, husband, and 5 year old stranded on the stairs while another group began coming down. These stairs are very steep and small. For a good 10 minutes we just had to hang on and hug the inside of the stairs. I was furious. The assistant manager did refund our entire cost and gave her sincerest apologies. I appreciated her immediate investigation into the matter as well. The cave it's self is a great experience. Should take cautions as to the mobility of yourself and company when going up and down the stairs. It's not too over strenuous though.
