Wild Adventures Theme Park Reviews
Wild adventures is always a good time. Some stuff is a little pricey but if you get the gold season pass it makes up for it in the end. more »
The park is just getting started and they are off to a great start. Wait line was instant, their ride safety is top priority.Good thrill rides.Without lines took about 3 hours for us to head to the ga... more »
Wild Adventures is a pretty good value for a theme park in South Georgia especially if you get the season pass and use the Waterpark as well in the summer. If you don't mind carrying around a tumbler ... more »
Wild Adventures is a small but decent theme park. It has low prices compared to the larger theme parks and the lines are typically very short. The food at the park was pretty good. The rides are fun. The only think I wish was improved would be for the animals. It would be nice if they had much larger areas for the large cats.
Great for the whole family. Rides for the Big and small kids. Great deal with the food vouchers, without the vouchers then the food is kind of pricey (we have a family of 7, with teenager down to 1 year old) we got rained out the first day but used our food voucher while waiting for the rain to stop, great value!! Second day with the rain day tickets and no voucher we spent about half of what we paid for the original tickets to feed everyone. So those food vouchers are a fantastic deal and the drink bands too!!!! Understandably on the rain day most rides were shut down, next day no rain and still a ton of rides were closed, the big main attraction rides all closed. So that was upsetting. Other rides opened late or later in the day than signs said. But everyone was entertained, no complaints about the thijngs we did get to do!! Family cannot wait to go back when the water rides are open. Loved the animals!!! So much fun!!
The best place around for some family fun! The water park is awesome and the lights at Christmas is beautiful! Only thing is food and drinks are extremely high so either bring a cooler full of food or be prepared to pay the high prices.
Wild Adventures is an easy 90 minute drive from Gainesville, FL. We got the Gold Annual Pass, which gives you free parking and discounts on food, drinks and merchandise. The only drawback is that you will need to use your GPS to get there once you get off the interstate. It is over the river and through the woods for sure. There are rides for every age group and the water park is fun and refreshing over the summer months. It is not comparable to Disney World by any stretch of the imagination, so start with lower expectations. Also, there are a lot of blackout dates and the times are not consistent throughout the year because the park appears to be largely staffed by local kids, so they follow the local school calendar. It is a relatively inexpensive theme park, so you get the experience you are paying for and many of the attendees are what you might expect at an inexpensive venue. If you want to have a fun time with the family on a budget, this is a good place to go, but if you need characters, castles and catering to your every whim, you are better off shelling out the extra dough in Orlando.
Disappointed that a lot and I mean a lot of rides are continually shut down. Lack of security or them doing their jobs is bad. I was there again yesterday and personality observed a woman security guard watching the fish in the lake rather than watching the people and what was going on. (Same one as 3 weeks ago). Yesterday there was an issue of teens in the kids play area, there was one 12/13 year old girl between several boys blocking one area entirely. No security anywhere to be seen so I had them leave only for them to flip the bird and call my friend the B word. (Reported to security and was told thank you for helping and reporting ) they did nothing even when the teens were pointed out to them as they walked right between myself and the staff. I assure you I had a talk with them (no I wasn't mean) please watch closely when your young children are in the play atea. The rule of no one under 15 without a parent is NOT enforced
