  • We had 2 tents and were in site #10. One small area allows for a smaller tent right beside the river. Our 2nd tent didn't have the shade, but wasn't too bad with a pine next to it. It's a larger site so we even had a 10x10 canopy and corn hole area. Clean and pretty site, across the road from the toilets. Would definitely stay here again.
  • Very cool campground. Interesting history and a great spot.
  • Great for hiking, biking and ski touring. sections of the colorado trail / continental divide trail can be accessed here. Study the maps before you go - Cell phone coverage here is non-existant
  • Awesome site's only 21 spaces so place is peaceful
  • Very interesting history and nice campground.
