  • I see why at first glance someone might recommend this ski area for beginners, but there are many places with better opportunities for practice. The practice hill is so small and so gentle that you ca...  read more »
  • The location is great and service is nice. The wifi was there and not great. I enjoyed the experience at the location and hope food gets better as time progresses.
  • Stopped here on our way to Las Vegas, NM from Taos. We refueled with drinks and snacks. The staff was laid-back and friendly. The little store inside had everything we needed to continue our road trip...  read more »
  • Sipa was an experience. To be able to get away and enjoy the scenery was great! There was a lady in the store named Josie who was just outstanding in customer service. When I do go back it will be because of her and her great attitude. She was very helpful and informative.
  • Stayed in the Adobe House during the summer. It was not the best maintained. One of two showers didn't work well and the other one had hot/cold swapped (sink also). No lock on either bathroom door, which luckily didn't result in an embarrassing mistake for us, but could have. Bring your own shampoo and facial tissue. Also BYO sharp knives, salt, pepper, milk, etc. Their little store didn't have much in the way of supplies we forgot. Download the disc golf map rather than pay them $2 for a copy. That was the only activity offered by Sipapu. I went hiking on one of the many nearby forest trails.
  • Stayed one night in the bunk room. Very nice and roomy. A little pricey but great area. And they have the best home-made fudge. Attendants could have been a little friendlier.
  • I advise everyone to stay away from this place. It is a secret. We go here for Spring Break every year and love it. It is well priced, has a friendly staff, great runs and lifts, is secluded from life, never a wait for a lift, and is the perfect get away. There is only one restaurant (which is good), so take a cooler with a few meals if you plan to stay a few days.
  • Our family has been going to Sipapu for winter holiday for five years. Now we have 11 little grands that love it too. This year 19 of our bunch had an great ski vacation and the other 5 had a grand time playing with the babies and fixing meals in the nice two kitchens of the duplex joined together. It was wonderful. A pertect place to hang out and enjoy life.
