  • Not much for younger kids but my 8 & 9 year old loved the zip line, bungy jump, ropes course, and laser tag.
  • This place has great activities, but I felt like we were disturbing some of the young workers who were climbing, when my young grandchildren got in line to climb. Then proceeded to not even talk to th...  read more »
  • Went here for lunch and to play with my 2 year old and husband. We had lots of family of various ages. My son had fun and so did the kids to about the age of 10. The ones that were older were confused...  read more »
  • We went in 7/2016 and stayed in a Villa. SO clean and spacious. It was two couples and four toddlers in our group. We only stayed one night, but we all decided to go back due to positive experience. We all loved the indoor arcade area, and the water area was the biggest hit of all! I'll be honest, my expectations we low after reading some reviews, but I've come to realize most people that like complaining in general love to leave negative feedback.
  • Was ok kids liked it. We went with 2 toddlers and 1 baby. What I liked is room was clean and they give tokens to use in amusement park. They had a jumper and laser tag they loved. Also liked it was empty so kids had everything to themselves. We went on a wed though. Some cons Is water in indoor park freezing they do not heat it. Some lifeguards allowed kids in jacuzzi some did not. Wish it was more consistent either allow or don't! Water park overall very dirty. Bathrooms are gross. Old sand in jacuzzi. They do not maintain the water park. Front desk said all rooms sold out that were 179 price so she made us take room with balcony. This was more expensive. Hard to believe because place was empty. Felt baited and switched! Balcony faced empty backyard with mud. Not nice. There is a lot to do with kids though.
  • one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in a long time. way over priced, water park didn't have towels and we were told "they were out" when there were maybe 50 people in there. Shower was horrible, ripped shower curtain, very old tube TV that had bad reception, outlets in bathroom didn't work, we had them come replace them after calling several times, told guy was going at 2:30 and he didn't show. Very few outlets in the room that worked. Very disappointed, will not stay there again. ate at Jacks, good pizza, but they screwed up our order. They have 10 beers on tap, 8 of them were out.
  • These people do not know how to run a business, period! They would have made more money if they were more flexible and at least put a fake smile on they faces. Front desk and personnel had an attitude even on the phone. Showed no enthusiasm whatsoever!! I will never pay that much money for that kind of service. Terrible !! I wonder if the owner of the business knows anything as their business is going downhill and soon will only be a dump. I can't even imagine how people spend vacation time there. Only stayed one night and couldn't wait to leave as early as 7 in the morning. Housekeeping is terrible. They need at least to wash the carpet and deodorize from time to time. I had black feet from walking barefoot in my room and good luck washing them as the soap is so buttery and sticky like it would never rinse. (never seen anything like that before). Table and chair furniture was falling apart. No maintenance available to check this place?! Giving two starts just for the beauty of the nature and location.
  • My husband and I brought our kids, eight and one to Grizzly Jacks in July and we were very disappointed. The resort has gone downhill since we last stayed here. We had to switch rooms the second day due to the fridge not working, and the room they moved us to had a broken box spring so when I laid down on the broken side I almost rolled to the floor. The door creaked so loud I was ready to buy WD40. The miniature golf is a joke- they no longer have anybody working there and the corse is covered in sticks, berries, and lots of other crap you don't want to step on- I honestly cannot believe they have the nerve to charge for mini golf. The amusement building is practically empty, there's a restaurant with horrible pizza, 5 or 6 arcade games and obstacle corse, slide, and zip line- used to have rides. Overall it seems like they haven't updated anything since opening, it's a shame the place is going downhill because it has so much potential.
