Great place to visit by all ages. The restoration of the B-17 is a highlight. No Charge, only a donation if you so wish.

Wow!!! What an amazing gem in this wonderful town! The amount of well presented history under one roof was surprising! The displays are beautiful and the restoration projects underway are open and available for you to get an up-close look at their painstaking work, definitely a labor of love! Worth the time to stop in and pay these guys a visit! Sign-in at the front desk of no one is there, it helps their funding for such a notable cause!

This is an awesome little museum. The volunteers are very friendly and stop to talk to you, give you some history, explain what they are working on and more. Several aircraft inside with the star the B17 they are rebuilding. You can roam the entire faculty including the shop. This is free but please leave a donation or buy something from the gift shop.

Really great museum with a surprisingly significant aircraft collection to include a B-17 under construction, a D-Day veteran C-47, C-1A Trader, and B-25J. Their staff and volunteers are very friendly, and share a wealth of life and wartime experience. If you time your visit right and give them your time, you can work on their B-17 project. If you're nearby, please stop by!

This museum is awesome if you're interested in WWII airplanes. We met two WWII vets while we were there. The volunteers who work on the planes and act as hosts are fun, dedicated and incredibly knowledgeable. The awesome thing is, all of the planes are or will be flyable! They are busy building/rebuilding a B-17 from old parts and parts they are making there using Boeing specs and diagrams. We really enjoyed our visit.

They're restoring a B-17 to flying condition. If you're into WWII history, I highly recommend it. Staff are all volunteers and are very friendly and will answer any questions you have.
