  • Have used the softball fields here a few times and they are nice and smooth. The whole "park" has grown tremendously over the last few years and there is something for everyone here: Baseball, softbal...  more »
  • Very nice family park, with playgrounds for toddlers and older children. The spraygrounds were also nice to help with the heat. I liked the fact that they had shaded picnic table areas. The restrooms ...  more »

  • Giving 5/5 for ETX parks. Tyler unfortunately is lacking in the park dept, but Faulkner is a great place to get some exercise, especially if you like mountain biking/trial running. The trail is well maintained, just have to watch for snakes (because, you know, woods). I've run here countless times and always enjoyed it. There is a cinder track inside the trails for more relaxed runners/walkers. Wear a helmet if you bike!
  • The wife and I took our daughter she loved the water park area. I however wanted to try out the pond. Just a warning the only thing I believe you could catch in there is a snake. There were a very large amount in and around the bank.
  • Beautiful park. Great walking and mountain biking trails. A pond. Baseball fields. Very pretty
  • LOVE the trails at Faulkner Park and do my park to keep them clean. This place is actually the main reason we decided to stay in Tyler. I couldn't imagine another place with such a nice and safe place for me and the family to spend time, so close to a place I could afford to live.
  • I'm not sure why the address says front street for the Park. But the actual address is 410 W Cumberland Rd. The park has many facilities including baseball/softball fields, multiple tennis courts, running trail, fishing lake, spray park, and what attracts me is the mountain bike trails. The trails are fun and technical. Good for people that are confident on a bike. It's a trail thats difficulty increases with speed. Its close to my house so I ride here often. Another plus is the new Tyler Police Department Sub Station is also on Location which helps keep some of the riff raff out.
