  • When you check on ask for the code to open the gate to the lake entrance. Also, the pool is closed Monday and Tuesday (this is not anywhere on their website). FYI. We stayed in a yurt, it was perfect ...  more »

  • Had a great time swimming with the family. But, the pool is closed from 3-4. Horrible time for a pool to be closed. The lifeguards do not need an hour to eat. They can get 30 minutes. But the best thing is for them to eat in shifts.
  • Great state park with lots of hiking biking and fishing options. Nice wooded forrests and large hills.
  • Very nice park if you're picking for the day or camping both tent and RV. Nice accommodate as well. The best Texas state park I have seen yet
  • We actually live about 30 miles or so away and have found this to be a great place to take our RV for short weekend trips. Nice trees and wildlife and great hiking/biking trails.
