  • The casino has changed in the last two years. Rarely do I see a jackpot (W2-G) win. Nor do I see amounts on the screens that are above $100. I watch the machines to see if they are paying out while I ...  more »
  • The machines should at least pay you a little bit, it's not like you won't give it all back anyway. There's nothing fun about spending 100 bucks and not winning one time. Thanks stupid high limit $100...  more »

  • Terrible. The staff is rude and hardly seen on the floor. The smoke is unbearable, if you don't smoke Do Not go here. Many of the machines are broken and have no sound. Security is very bossy and non friendly and Marshall in the parking lot using profanity and threats was unacceptable. The mod said they had other casinos that had non smoking, so was basically saying if you don't smoke then too bad. I will never go to any of the Osage casinos again. The machines were so bad I lost 100$ in 15 mins playing dollar machines. The attendant commented that of the machines hit for everyone they wouldn't make any money. So yea Vegas casinos have payout limits, you don't. The concert hall is a metal building with curtains hung in it. It isn't even a real venue.
  • The service is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I love the rewards and free play
  • I stick to the table games for the most part. The dealers are always great and personable. The casino is pretty clean, they usually have good music on the weekends, and bathrooms are attended to.
  • First trip will be our last. After joining the members club, we went to eat and drink in the bar. We were 2 of the 6 customers in the bar with 4 employees. After 20 min and "flagging" staff several times we left. The gaming area is dirty and smells like a wet ashtray. If I were of this tribe I would be embarrassed.
  • New gaming area opened and Event center areaclosed on Oct. 17 gaming area also opened im old buffet area.
