  • Our tour guide "Mike" was great. He was very knowledgeable. The tasting at the end of the tour is definitely an added bonus. Its worth the drive.
  • One of our local establishments has a George A. Dickel "Barrel Select" program, leading us to visit the source on a recent trip. Accurate driving directions led us through beautiful country roads to C...  read more »
  • A nice place to visit and learn about some of the skills from yester years. Had a nice tour from Alex who was very informant. Bad thing tours use to be free now they charge .
  • We had an amazing time during our tour. Our tour guide (I believe was Mark) was very entertaining and funny. The grounds and factory we impeccably beautiful and clean. We learned alot about Tennessee wiskey. Would highly recommend visiting Dickel before paying for the "OTHER" Tennessee wiskey establishment tour.
  • I intended to go to Jack Daniel's while in the area and at the last minute decided to go to George Dickel distillery. Expecting smaller crowds and a more personable experience, I was not disappointed! The "off the beaten path" distillery is small and beautiful and the tour was great and the samples were delicious! I preferred the #12 over the barrel select and will be adding both to my whiskey cabinet. Honestly, I don't see any reason to go to the other distillery now.
  • Really enjoyed the tour. George Dickel is an amazing Whisky. Discovered lots of new things about it and distilling that we didn't know! (and learn why they spell it the way the do!!) Worth the stop off the beaten path!
  • Not as crowded as other distilleries, with a much more intimate tour. Tastings are slightly pricy.
  • We had a very nice tour and tasting for $10. Our guide Mike was quite knowledgable about the process. He also had a nice manner in his explanations of the tasting.
