A lot of birthdays in the summer are held indoors and this is one of the common places everyone goes to for such occasions. This is a huge place and have party rooms for those who want to have their p... more »

Be prepared for the crowd and parking. But there is enough games and attraction that you can still play and spend your tokens. The groupon deals help a lot. We came here for my son's bday party and th... more »
I've been taking my son here since he was a baby. They have raised the prices but are typical of most arcade/attraction places. Their new bowling alley is amazing! Beautifully decorated, clean, high tech. The restaurant has good food and more healthy choices than the snack counter. I took off one star because the games have problems often. At least once every time we go the tickets don't come out and we have to track down an attendant, which takes a lot of running around sometimes but they've always been helpful and respectful when I find them.
I don't have kids, but come here now and then with friends for mini golf or arcade games. It's fine for what it is, but it's fairly crowded most of the time. I suspect those with kids will get more out of it, but I also can't imagine keeping track of them in that environment. Stars rating here is for quality of content and general level of entertainment. The two lost stars are for being generally overcrowded, and for arcade games that are broken a little more often than they should be. If you have kids that just need a place to blow some quarters, I'd definitely give it a go, even with those caveats.
Last year for my son's birthday was fantastic, great experience! This year sadly, not the same feeling. Booked my party (specifically noted I'd bring decorations) my biggest peave has always been they don't allow time for you to set up, however to make it worse arrived this time to decor I didn't want nor did I have time to change (as my whole party had arrived.) Hostess NEVER returned during party and 10 min till table time was over, another worker told us how long we had to move out of the spot. When I asked where my hostess went since we were awaiting forks to eat cake, I was informed she took her lunch. Never brought my son his birthday pack with tickets, candy, cup, etc. My husband had to ask before we left. All they gave was a measly extra 15 min at the table.. ..horrible service this time. Won't be back.
This was a joke! My family and I have gone here up to 10x this year alone. Went this past Sunday and they are now doing everything on cards (tokens to play games are on a card along with the tickets you get from playing each game). The cheapest "package" you can purchase is $35 PLUS TAX (my total was $39 and some change) for only 120 tokens to play games. Before we would spend $40 and get 180 tokens to play games. NEVER have we left with less than 1,000 tickets to get prizes. Today we left with 550!!!! You lost a customer with us. We wont be returning :(
Always a fun time here and it's not as expensive as people think. If you check groupon often you might even find good deals on game cards. This is also a perfect place for kids parties. They have a restaurant full of tables, an upstairs VIP box and you can even book out the bowling alleys for a good deal. for $300 I booked 4 blocked off private lanes that comes with 50 pairs of shoe rentals for guests, 3 large pizza, bottomless drinks for 2 hours. It also comes with your personal assistant who comes in and out and helps you set up, clean, take your guests orders if they want to order more food from the restaurant and they also serve beer at the bowling cashier desk. The alley also has their own bathrooms so you don't have to walk far. I recommend this package to everyone looking to throw a party.
