Over the past 20 years have brought group golf trips to more than 30 different resorts and Omni is one of the nicest. Tucson is also a friendly, affordable town. 36 holes makes it a great spot to spend 4-5 days. After visiting here understand why Golf Digest rated this a Top 75 resort in America.
I met some friends at Legends Grill for a midweek lunch. We split the shrimp cocktail salad, which could be a meal by itself. I ordered the grilled cheese and it was massive, with several different types of cheese. A choice of one side is included so I got the soup of the day. My friends ordered a Rueben Sandwich, smoked salmon with capers, and a BLT respectively. The service was pretty good, although it took a long time to receive our entrées. But, our server was very friendly and took the time to answer many questions from one of my friends due to special dietary restrictions that she has. The setting is lovely and if it had been cooler, it would have been nice to sit out on the patio.
Great place. Well taken care of. Did a golf tournament for a fallen tucson athlete. Golf course was immaculate. Lots of fun.
Nice resort. A little outdated, but very large rooms. Out room did have a bad smell, but we just lived with it. Ate at Bob's restaraunt attached, it was very good, shared the trio, enough for 2. Very nice staff and accommodating. Stayed during the summer months for a discounted rate.
Staff were so friendly and welcoming on arrival. The room is huge, with a wonderful tub and very comfortable bed. The view from the room is beautiful. It is nice, quiet, and serene.
