  • Great spot. This McMenamins is about 10 min from my house and they offer up some great food (you can also spend the night, although I have not done this) and a lot of good people. Putting aside the go...  more »

  • I have enjoyed every trip here! Love all the tiny bars and places to stop and have a drink. There are outside fire pits and in almost every little bar there's a fireplace so cozy! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that I'm not impressed with the food menu very limited and I've only had burgers... all though the fries are amazing and they always have Portland ketchup
  • Amazing place! Pub offers awesome food, I mean epically awesome. Cajun tater tots were to die for. Burger was perfect. Best clam chowder in area. And i try it everywhere i go. Strolled around and had a great date with my hubby. Pool hall is FUN, shuffleboard too!! Who could ask for more?
  • I was here for a buddy's wedding. It is actually a great venue for those with weddings under 100 people or so. The caterers were all great. The rooms were pretty nice that we were in and the bathrooms were nice! Obviously there are drinks galore here. There are plenty things to enjoy around venue.
  • We attended a baby shower in a banquet hall. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The salad bar was decent. The chowder was super yummy. I loved all the different trees and plants outside.
  • Edgefield is a great place to stop after hiking, though frequently busy depending on when you're there. The golf course is limited, but sufficient for some inexperienced and or family fun. They have a larger beer, pizza, and general food selection than most McMenamins, but similar (and somewhat lacking) service/staffing. There's lots of parking if you don't mind using the field, and you'll often have to, particularly during events and concerts. Also, don't forget to bring your passport.... There's a lot of stamps to collect!
