  • This is our second time visiting Chateau Chantal. We stayed here a couple years ago on our honeymoon and had an amazing time. The service and breathtaking views at this bed and breakfast are second to none. The B&B is very nice on the inside and out. You won't want to leave when your stay is done...and that's why only 2 years later we are back! It's a 12 hour drive for us to get here but well worth it. The area has breathtaking views and countless wineries to visit and sample. You will find yourself taking home many bottles of wine because this region in Traverse City area of MI, believe it or not, is perfect for growing grapes. We took home over 20 bottles of wine last time. Who knows how many we will take home this time. There are great restaurants here as well and Traverse City is a bit of a foodie area which is a bonus. This is our favorite place, and we will be coming back many times. You should give it a try!
  • As we arrived the first thing we noticed was that the parking is actually dangerous since the layout of the lot doesn't include enough spaces. When we went inside the atmosphere was inspiring and the patio is a wonderful place to hang out and take in the gorgeous view. I thought we would be treated to a wonderful tasting experience and while I had one or two wines worth buying the others I tried certainly didn't live to go they're hype. I will now than likely never return.
  • Last night we went for the 7 course wine pairing dinner. Our 46th anniversary was on Monday but the dinners were not offered on that day and we are so glad we waited to have our anniversary dinner on the next day. Everybody was wonderful. The chef was amazing. The food was out of this world. Every course and the choice of wine with them was exceptional. We enjoyed sharing our table with interesting people. We can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had at Chateau Chantal.
  • The views are absolutely beautiful. The wine is amazing and staff is friendly. My boyfriend and I went wine tasting here and he isn't a wine drinker. That soon changed after we left. He found a wine he liked and we bought 6 bottles of different wines. Recommend to wine lovers and those who dont.
  • Love this place! Great wine, great view, we would visit this place every year. Wish they had food but they are not able to serve food. They do have a bed and breakfast that serves food. We will for sure return for the dinner and drinks they offer through their b&b.
