Where to stay in Traverse City

Most accommodations in Traverse City lie near the waters of Grand Traverse Bay. The West Arm of the bay is closer to businesses and services in and around downtown. The portion of Traverse City on the East Arm of the bay remains quieter. Both areas offer hotels and bed and breakfasts with convenient access to the beach. Many visitors opt to stay in vacation rentals, including lakeside cottages and houses, which you'll also find here.

  • Can't beat $5 wine tasting for 5 wines, plus you keep the wine glass. And it was nice lounging outside drinking the wines. The ice cider is really good
  • Amazing everytime. Easy drinking wines, and cider that we have to bring home everytime. Great friendly service.
  • Just sit on the patio with the view and amazing glass of wine. They have a great variety, something for everyone.
  • Wine was good and was having an enjoyable time with my husband that is, until after our tasting I ordered a glass of wine and my husband ordered a cider tasting. We were deemed as taking up too much real estate for incoming wine tastings and moved to barstools in the retail area. Rude, disappointing, and made us feel like second class citizens. Never as a paying customer have I been treated so poorly. I will not go back and I can't recommend you waste your time either.
  • Beautiful setting and delicious wines, ciders. Also, a cute dog named Winston greeted us!
