  • It was so sad. I left and cried. This place is not an animal sanctuary. It is a company that puts wild animals in small dirty cages for money. Please don't support this place.  more »

  • Hard to believe that in the small town of Topeka IN there is such a great place to visit a farm that has Lions Tigers and Monkeys, a camel and many other not typical to this area animals. The owners a...  more »

  • I absolutely love Maple Lane Wildlife. It is a small, but quaint place to take your family. It continues to grow, and all the animals seem happy to have visitors. The big cats love the meatballs, and the turtles love fruits and vegetables. The goats are always fun to watch as they try to be the first to eat out of your hand.
  • It was really fun! The only bad things were that there was 3 ponies tied to a pole and walking in a circle 24/7, and the baby zebra had some cuts on his face. Also, there was a young German shepherd with fleas who lived in a tiny cage and looked miserable, and barked liked he was begging you not to drive away. There was feces all in the cage. That was not pleasant to see. Also, many if the large animals like the tigers had nothing but concrete flooring, and no toys. 😞
  • What a wonderful place to spend time with the family. We absolutely loved it. From the camel and pony rides to feeding the goats. I would recommend Maple Lane to everyone. If you want to experience a true interaction with the animals you can buy a bag of food and feed the monkeys, tigers, lions, bears truely a neat experience. You can even get your picture taken with a little monkey and hold him.
  • My family and I went here for the 2nd time this weekend. This is a small park so it is perfect for my family and didn't require too much walking. My daughters who are both disabled had a great time and even got the chance to pet a fawn deer which was a huge highlight of their weekend. The price is great and the picnic area was good and the people were very friendly. Admittedly some of the animal cages seem to need some repair, but overall the facility was clean and enjoyable.
  • It's such a shame animals are put on display for human's amusement. These beautiful creatures belong in their natural habitat, not in enclosed cages for people to peer at them. Shut this place down and allow the animals to roam in a sanctuary, where they are free.
