Really cool abandoned mining operation, if you like that sort of thing, it's a neat site. Headframe still in tact and a bunch of old buildings. Worth the drive if you are in the area!
If you like mines and mining info. This is the place
Extremely interesting, unchanged for years and feels as if the miners have just packed up and left !
When we were here it was a day too cold ( 7deg ) to do any tours. We were the only ones there and it was a treat. Our host went out of her way to make us welcome. Well worth the stop and next time, hopefully it will be warmer and we can see it all.
I've never been there but I know a place just like it
