  • Best zoo in the country. Lots of exhibits but you don't have to walk far in between. The new aquarium is beautiful. There's an aviary with several open air exhibits. Lots of feedings and demos. You can easily spend a whole day here.
  • I've been going here for a long time. Over the years they have made some great updates. Aquarium is new although I wish it were bigger. Fantastic play areas for the kids and they have a water play area for summer months. Exhibits are close together so not a lot of walking compared to other zoos. For the little ones there is a pretty cool train ride and carousel. I've really noticed the money being invested back into the zoo which is nice to see.
  • A world-class zoo that Toledo is lucky to have! The enclosures are well-designed and maintained. There is a new zip line and giraffe feeding station: I'm not sure what they have to do with conservation, but whatever. Be sure to check out the newly renovated aquarium! And if you're visiting in the winter, you have to see the Lights Before Christmas!
  • Amazing and beautiful!!! Tons of animals tp see. Well groomed and maintained grounds. It has plenty of shaded areas to sit and rest along your way around the park which is very good for those really hot days. Although I did find that the food court prices were a bit outrageous, the food was very delicious. Restrooms throughout the zoo were very clean and well kept.
  • I love the Toledo Zoo. Great exhibits and beautiful grounds. Has an amazing selection of animals and is always updating. They host awesome concerts and events as well as educational programs for children of all ages. I'm having my wedding here and the staff at the zoo is great. This is an all day zoo with splash pad, zip lines, and rides.
