  • Very nice! Excellent trails and maintenance. Very clean, nice bathrooms with flush toilets, running sink water, and hand dryers. There are picnic tables and a nice map. There are walking, biking, and designated horse-only trails. We rode bicycles with an inexperienced 7-year old and it was about perfect, even on the unpaved trails. He walked some of the more technial parts and the rest provided a nice challenge for him. We adults felt challenged also, and would have been more so at higher speeds. We rode just shy of 2 hours on a 90 degree day, and with water bottles in tow, it was comfortable. There is a lot of shade on the trails. We will be back!
  • Such a beautiful Metropark! Great playground and window on wildlife. Several shelter houses with grills near them and with fire places in them. Always one of my favorite places. Also great for catching Pok√©mon, as all our metro parks are.
  • Open areas where people are welcome to walk around and interact with nature. Updated playground by Mallard Lake. Bike trails, horse trails, walking trails, a lodge for groups, plus the deer roam around freely. Clean bathrooms. Pavilions and shelter houses with outside grills and picnic tables ready to go when you get there. Definitely scenic.
  • New playground is amazing! Great place for fishing. Great place for running. In a really good venue to rent for anything you need including birthday parties and weddings
  • Best park in North West Ohio! Only downfall Is, it's no longer a best kept secret and it's becoming crowded in the main areas. Still many long quite trails to hike and enjoy nature. We are glad to have such a gem near us! Also, you can take your child to fish in the ponds, but it us catch and release.
