  • Don't take the kids unless you want to stay for hours! The upside is that you will have active, happy children/grandchildren. Smiles all day.
  • WE were there with my 6 and 10 years old. There were many things to do and they learned a lot while they played. The activities are different, the place is in great condition and staff are kind. I def...  more »

  • We took our grandson to the Pokemon event last night from 5-7. He had so much fun and so did we! We caught pokemon all over the building and also enjoyed the exhibits. Hope you will be doing this often, if so, we will be there!
  • Plenty of memories here. It's changed a lot over the years but still a great place to take young ones to explore and learn. Plenty of exhibits and they always have a traveling exhibit in town for variety. Lots of events on their calendar, check before you go to see what's available. There's a decent cafe available and several nearby restaurants within walking distance.
  • Great place for kids of all ages. Exhibits are interesting and in good shape. Membership is reciprocal to other science museums around the country.
  • We have a season pass and absolutely love all your staff and service! Today stands out because my son's toe got raked over by a bathroom door (completely my fault for letting him get ahead of me) but regardless we went to the front desk and HANNI (spelling?) Got us bandaged up and even sent us with a band-aid to go. Thank you Hanni for your quick, sweet, customer service so we could go bac k and play :) She is an exemplary staff member that keeps this place fantastic!!!!! Thanks again girl!!! I asked for your name because I wanted you to be recognized for your warm, friendly attitude. It truly makes a difference!!!! Additionally I was pleasantly surprised to find your café prices are NOT inflated for tourism, which means I don't feel like I have to pack a snack because I can purchase one at a reasonable price. Thank you to whoever is in charge of hiring your staff. You truly have a great bunch!!!
  • A good many of the exhibits we're broken or messed up in some way. Also kind of small. Still alright though. Definitely wouldn't come on a weekend.
