  • We made a visit to the Drake Well Museum. This is where the oil boom started. This is the original site where oil was drilled. The museum is very detailed with info and history. We can get a sense of ...  more »

  • Indoor displays are interesting and colorful, the movie is great, and then there are the sprawling outdoor exhibits to peruse.
  • It's a little expensive, but I love the improvements they've made.
  • It's been a while since I was there, but it was a thrill to go back in history and try to get a feel for how things were back in the oil boom days. Loved the train ride. (Have taken it twice now.) If you haven't been, go!
