  • Waste of time. They have no control over a certain type of client. Would never go there again. Nothing is worth doing there.
  • went here for my grandson's birthday. He had a ball. We didn't reserve a room because everyone is never on time, so we sat outside the ball room. We were still able to have his cake and ice cream and ...  more »

  • The customer service here is by far the WORST I've experienced. First, I bought 2 of the outdoor play passes and within 10 minutes of us getting there it started to rain and they refused to give is a refund. Then, a good portion of the games don't even work and they still take your money. I went to customer service 3 times to tell them and finally after the 3rd time I got my dollar or whatever back. Finally, my daughter was right at the line for being too tall to go in the tunnels and even though there weren't any other kids in the tunnels they still wouldn't let us in. If you want to take the kids somewhere to play go somewhere else. You are even better off going to the mcdonalds play land and saving your money.
  • really good place for kids giant indoor jungle gym and great adult stuff up stairs prices are pretty good great for parties and groups
  • So much fun! Inside and out activities! Best on a bracelet day!
  • Two go cart tracks , two mini golf courses , laser tag , and when your tired you can go upstairs and sit for a minute on a couch with a PS4 or XBOX1 and play one of 40 games for a while . Lots of available party rooms , the giant pretzel...mini funnel cake...mozzarella cheese sticks were all pretty good from the food area . Plenty of parking , zip line , power boat on water oval track , and when you want to cool off..they have bumper boats on kind of a lazy river . Inside giant play land for kids...complete with ball pit and Lots of climbing obstacles ( remember socks for this ) and a lot of games to win tokens .
  • This place SUCKS! my kids were bored some of the machines were broken but it still took your money, there are no "fun" rides for toddlers the mini golf area was nasty and even buying the "extreme bracelets" you have to pay extra for other rides... the only ride we enjoyed was the bumper boats... they should change the name to Boring World
