  • Plenty of parking on a Monday at noon- 2 large lots of free parking adjacent to the path. Good place for a jog or to sit and eat lunch. Very peaceful- nice view of Angel Island and SF.
  • Tiburon has a wonderful walking/bike path that extends from downtown all the way out to the Trestle Glen area, terminating at Blackie's Pasture. Blackie was a horse who lived in this pasture in the 19...  read more »
  • Bucolic walk near water. Biking, strolling. Popular with all ages. Children's playground. Stature of the loyal horse, Blacky. Great back story. Vistas.
  • Truly beautiful views of the bay. A good way to spend the day! Go with the right person and minutes turn to hours.
  • There's a nice walk, mostly along the bay, that starts from here and goes all the way into downtown Tiburon. The first part is a park; later it's just a multi-use path, but still pleasant.
  • Nice little spot to hangout, walk pets, or chill by the bay to do some reading.
  • When I was a kid (in the '60s...)we'd drive by Blackie's Pasture--when Blackie was still there, in all his sway-back glory! Glad to see others remember him too!
