  • Only issue that we experienced was that the stove in our condo was off by 100-150 degrees. Fortunately, we have a few early risers in our group that started breakfast early. With the exception of our oven, the rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Both Beattie Valley and Mountain Ridge were beautifully groomed! Had a great time and am looking forward to another trip in 2017! Thanks to all Crystal Mountain employees for making us feel welcome!
  • It was a wonderful house/cabin. I was there for a family wedding and was privileged to to their catering staff as well. It was all and all a wonderful experience, but the parking had a bit to be appreciated. They need to be better marked, considering that when we arrived back from the nights festivities the private parking spots were takengaged up by others. Which usually a non issue made it difficult considering we had an elderly handicapped guests with us. Still a great vacation spot.
  • Went for a wedding. Views and scenery were nice. Staff was very accommodating. Food was decent. Bar was stocked. Lodging was nice.
  • The location was great for sightseeing, and I visited to see the Fall leaves. The rooms had plenty of space and everything was clean and comfortable. There are a few restaurants on the resort grounds, the one we went to being the pizza takeout. Overall, great location and accomodations
  • Beautiful views! Please be advised that not all buildings have elevators, I was stuck carrying luggage sleepy kids and helping my 70 year old mom up to the third floor. Other then that our cable went out and someone was there with in minutes to fix it.
