  • Even if you only have a short amount of time to visit The Villages, be sure to stroll through Sumter Landing... It's set as if we are in Key West... No better sunsets than right on the promenade... yo...  more »
  • My wife and I stopped to visit family that moved here last year. This is definitely not a place to visit. It appears to be a very close knit community. If you don't live here and own a golf cart with ...  more »

  • I visited the outside of this place not the inside.. The sunset was nice , no bugs as I think they use a bug control service ,. It was in July 2017.. the pond is stocked ,. there is no fishing . and the dock is wheel chair accessible.. smooth enough to stroll along for a long time.. so if your considering it it's worth a look .. the ice cream place is Quite near and many other fine establishments.
  • We have a lot of fun here. Little shops and decent food. But nothing to rave about. Shops are okay. Some good ice cream options! Kids have a ton of fun dancing with grandparents. Fun mini boat tour where they give rediclous nonsense information. I wish they had more actual info to teach the kids. The playground is pretty bad. No shade. It's gets very hot. But it's much cleaner than any close available outside the villages.
  • Has everything, great food of many choices, live free music until 9pm daily. Many different kinds of shops, movie theater, beautiful landscaping, beautiful community, golf cart access to everything, fabulous views on the water. Ample parking
  • Lots of venues to see, easy to walk around. Great for dinning out, or grab a coffee and sit by the lake. Don't forget the live music in the square though!
  • Cute. It has a somewhat odd selection of stores but overall very nice. Nice layout and lakefront setting. The movie theater is beautiful. Only spent about an hour here total but would like to go back.
