  • Great park along the river. Places to sit, easy stroll, open spaces. Appeared safe and well lit. Great views.
  • We come here often. Summer time walks after the sun goes down are the best here. While its still hot, at least you are outside in a nice pretty setting. The city of Phoenix could learn a few things fr...  read more »
  • We used to visit this place often in the late evening during our stay in Pune. It felt nice to walk beside the lake even on those warm evenings. It was favorite among the children also as they got eno...  read more »
  • Super great place, was super marshy when we went. But that was after the ridiculous rains, usually a super dry and nice place to go hangout and around. Great place for night photography and such.
  • Early mornings by the lake are the best. This is a great place to get a run in or to just relax next to the water. The park also hosts Oktoberfest in October and the big 4th of July event in the summer. It's a good place to check out when the weather is nice. However, I've noticed that some of Tempe's homeless population tend to hang out in the park which can create a little bit of an uneasy feeling.
  • Very spacious and filled with seating areas and small water parks for children. It is located near ASU and is a popular destination for Pokémon Go. There are dozens of poké stops in the park. The centre for the arts is within close walking distance of the park as well.
  • Nice spot to walk and get your water fix for us ocean/lakes/river lovers. There seems to always be some type of event going on. There's a noticeable amount of homeless people there at night, makes it a bit of a visual downer for me.
  • nice place to walk or relax. u can stroll along the man made lake and just enjoy the environment. it's also walking distance to mill Ave with restaurants and bars galore! there plenty of places to sit or have a bbq.
