  • I love aquariums and was excited when this one was built just a few miles from our home. It's ok, but not what you would consider a world class aquarium. It's like comparing the Phoenix Zoo to the San...  more »
  • My husband and I took our 4 year old, two year old and baby here yesterday. It was fantastic. I think we enjoyed it just as much as the kids. The kids get diver goggles and a log book when you enter a...  more »
  • I have been to a number of aquariums, all over the world. Sea Life isn't a big aquarium, but it is very nice, for being in a mall. It is fun to watch the fish watch you and visit the petting pool. Yes...  more »

  • Took my 4 yr old son during Labor Day weekend. Place just opened, so I was worried about how it will be inside. Yes, you can tell that some of the small stuff that still need attention, but in no way did I focus on that. Even if I tried, my son was having such an explorer amazing experience, that I just followed him and forgot all about the small stuff :) Cost of admission seemed on the high end, till I realized when we left that we just spent 3 hours lost in the sea (in AZ!), having the BEST time. I spend much more on a jungle gym, just to stand around and talk to other parents. If you have kids (honestly, I'd go by myself for ME time as well), this is it!
  • Well structured aquarium. Designed for smaller kids with bubbles in most of the exhibits that fit our 6 year old just right. They have a diving challenge with 8 stations so the kids learn about the different types of creatures. If they complete all 8 they get a little prize necklace/medal. Great overall but not as long to do as Legoland. Still with the add on package to do both events it was very worth it to me. Total time was from 11am at Legoland till 5pm exiting the aquarium.
  • Did the "Behind the Scenes" first and it set a great tone for the experience. Dani went above and beyond and showed us some extra stuff. Went with my girlfriend and we both enjoyed ourselves as adults. Highly recommend if you enjoy aquariums, great views of rays, sharks, fish, and more! Do NOT go if you aren't okay with lots of kids around.
  • The mood and feel of under water throughout the aquarium. So nice and a cool way to get out of the heat. Perfect family activity. All the tanks where clean and healthy. Not one square tank.
  • Good place to enjoy sea creatures...in Arizona standard...just don't compare it to San Diego or Boston category aquarium...but you certainly will have a good time with your little one...I had to get a year pass because my daughter wants to go see fish and trrtles all the time...
