  • An actual working trading post instead of the tourist traps you see in the big cities. It has a really friendly staff and a good selection of things to buy. I got a really nice belt buckle there after looking for one all over Albuquerque and Santa Fe without finding anything I liked. Francisco in the back was especially nice. We talked for almost half an hour about his wool buying business (an integral part of the trading with the locals). It's in the middle of nowhere but well worth the visit if you can plan it into your itinerary.
  • Really friendly place. Washrooms were clean and they had some native crafts. There were some nice people set up in the parking lot selling traditional frybread. Very reasonably priced and it was really good.
  • Convenience at it's best. I think you can buy food here?
  • Large variety of native handmade rugs and old jewelry, you have to ask about special display.
  • This is it. This is the place to buy native american crafts, jewelry, local remedies, native plant-based products, and local groceries - heirloom and native corn, grains, beans etc. WONDERFUL selection of children's books, as well as guide books, folklore, history, language books - overall extensive bookstore. Look forward to coming back.
