  • Me and my guy went to check it out since we like culture. The door was locked and women can not go through the back door but they can through front. Must take shoes off. People were friendly. The temp...  read more »
  • We went for the market on a Sunday. Beautiful views and buildings, and if you want some good food this is where it is at.
  • Very nice place in town and amazing (and authentic) Thai place where you can go not only to pray, but also to experience the wide Thai community they have there. It's so authentic, you might find some...  read more »
  • This is an awesome place with great food and beautiful river view. At times peaceful and tranquil depending on the day. Recommend to come earlier to enjoy some Thai food in the morning.
  • If you've ever been to Bangkok -- and even if you haven't -- you'll recognize the Sunday morning market here as an authentic neighborhood food market picked up from Thailand and plopped down in (of all places) Tampa, Florida. The riverside location can fool you into thinking you're on the banks of the Chao Praya, especially since the Thai-native locals are preparing street food and entrees exactly as they would prepare them on the streets of the Big Mango. Prices are low enough to reward broad grazing here, so buy a little bit of this and a little bit of that and enjoy. Tip: start nervous eaters with something simple -- Thai iced coffee or a noodle dish.
  • It's inexpensive, good quality Thai food. Beautiful temple on the water. It gets crowded, you night want to go first thing in the morning.
  • Love going for the Sunday market. Great authentic Thai food and atmosphere. Always bring company when they visit. Usually packed so show up early.
  • So I had heart lots of wonderful things about the food at this temple from friends and online so I absolutely had to go for sunday brunch Lets just say I left satisfied for the day First of all they have lots of interesting and delicious food, for starters they had fantastic chicken spring rolls with peanut sauce, these were some of the best spring rolls ive ever had for sure, they seem to be steamed not fried, and I would highly recommend them also for 5 bucks its a great appetizer Next was the chicken and rice, they had pumpkin curry chicken over fried rice for just 5 bucks and let me tell you, its fantastic, spicy, sweet, and savory all at the same time you can also get steamed rice instead, but the fried rice was so fantastic I don't see a reason to get it any other way unless you want an extra entrĂ©e or prefer steamed rice when you have a chicken dish over it Next was the noodle soup, this line had to have been 20 minutes long, and while it was good, it wasn't the god food I expected it to be, but still very good nonetheless set me back 6$ for the small bowl, but the large bowl is easily enough to be a full meal As for desert, there was coconut custard which was absolutely fantastic, they make it right in front of you and put spring onions in it for a very unique flavor that's unlike anything ive ever had before, be warned, they are very rich and filling so id advise a small order even if youre sharing with someone, the small order was 3$ Cost of a 4 course brunch here - 19$ Level of satisfaction = VERY HIGH Other things of note besides the food, the temple is absolutely gorgeous, there is a lot of free space for kids to play if you have kids, and its right on the water I definitely plan on coming back AT LEAST once a month for sunday brunch id also advise you come here with friends so you all can get every part of your meal faster, I was waiting in line for at least 45 minutes before I started eating, but I can definitely see why this place is so damn popular If were giving an A-F scale, id give it an A : Food was a tad overhyped, but still VERY good fair prices, and great atmosphere and scenery
