  • Met the girls and had great drinks and food. No golf this time but people watching is always fun. 3 floors of music drinks and convo..they an elevator thank God.
  • This is the second time we have made this place our first stop when arriving in Tampa!! It's great family fun and regardless of skill level, everybody can compete equally!! Food and drinks to boot!!!
  • Great fun anytime for all. Combination of bowling/darts/golf. All skill levels can still have fun. This TopGolf is pretty awesome because it has three levels! The inside bar is very nice and the food ...  read more »
  • As others have said this really isn't a practice range. The concept is a great idea: bring friends, have drinks, hit golf balls at targets to score points. I just wanted to hit a "bucket" of balls and happened to be right down the street. For an individual the price is high, with a group it is reasonable but you won't get to hit a lot. The bay host/server was friendly and came over quickly but they also were not very busy when I arrived. He didn't really re-appear to re-fill my water as I think he understood I wasn't there to drink. I brought my own clubs, which I realized quickly people don't really do here or they just bring a few as people looked at me a bit funny and also I had to walk up a large number of stairs to even get to the lobby. I plan on going back with a group to try out the hitting, eating, drinking bit but I don't think this will be atop place of mine. Plus I have heard on a Friday night or Saturday afternoon/evening you can wait over an hour for a bay.
  • Love it. The only major complaint I have is service in the bar. The doorman was awesome our first visit! He explained everything and was super personable. (sorry, forgot his name, but he was black and maybe in his late 40s--could be younger or older). We didn't golf our first night, but instead sat in the bar area and watched others hit golf balls. The service in the bar was really terrible. There were about 4 couples in the entire bar area and maybe 2 guys drinking by themselves. There were 2 bartenders. It took so long for someone to get to us because the bartenders were busy with each other. The doorman actually came back over because he noticed the bartenders were oblivious. He finally got one of them to take our order (after over 5 minutes of sitting there). During our time there, when they would finally notice we were out of beer, they would shout across the bar in a diner sort of way, asking if we needed more beer (we were at a high top table next to the window). It was such a stark contrast to the ultra professional hospitality shown at the entrance. We've worked in the service industry before. We know when bartenders are really busy (and understand that). These 2 were just lazy and unsupervised. I feel like if they can make the customer service at Top Golf "top notch", they will be even more successful. As of right now, we will go to hit golf balls, but will go somewhere else for drinks after.
  • Joe Santoro is the best. He was very attentive and he is a top notch manager. He was caring about our satisfaction and definitely made my first experience with Top Golf extremely memorable. Definitely coming back with all of my friends!
  • UPDATE::: (7/3/16) I emailed my concerns to corporate, as asked by the owner... No response. Replies are clearly for 'Google' users eyes and not actually out of caring about their establishment. Never again, TopGolf. I recently (4/15/16) visited Topgolf for a birthday event. We drove from Orlando and at first were impressed. Although a long line to wait for the "membership card", it was a Friday night so it was understandable. Overall the placed seemed to have a fun atmosphere- what is NOT fun is getting FOOD POISONING from the Calamari!!! Expensive golf, expensive drinks, expensive food- which I expected when I researched the place, but no one expects food poisoning! I have been in bed for four days and missed two days of work... Far from 'good memories' :(
  • Had an amazing times chilling with my son home on leave from the navy. The hourly rate is for the bay not per person which can be reasonable night out for family or couples on a date. Having a full bar is great. There are also other things to do besides just whacking golf balls.
