  • Went here for a 6 year old birthday party and felt it was not appropriate for children that age. My 5 year old was too small for the heavy gun and vest. Waste of money because she could not play. The ...  more »

  • I'm a bit difficult to please so I don't always get what I want out of the venue, but over all it's always a great time. I throw parties there a few times a year and they do their best within reason to make sure we have a wonderful experience. Just make sure you hash out the details of what you want, because they don't tend to stray from what you paid for.
  • Used to work here a long time ago. Pray you're not in the building when the A/C vents lint that's been collecting catches fire and the place burns down to the ground for the 3rd time.
  • The laser tag was fun. I live about an hour away from here and brought my two friends for my birthday party. I have played laser tag before going here last night but this was different in a bad way. They have an "energizer" thing to energize your guns, which is a good idea and makes it more fun and challenging, but a white light flashes right in your face for about 3 long seconds when you energize. We bought 3 games and in the middle of the second one, I started getting a pounding headache. I threw up in the car later on and had to cancel the sleepover part. I was not sick before that, no signs of it, and I am fine now, but you ruined my 13th birthday. Would not recommend, would not come back. I hate this place. Not worth the time, not worth the money, not worth the hour long drive.
  • I'm not one to really right reviews but my experience here at my son's birthday party was so horrible I really thought I should warn others before spending the amount of money this place charges for a birthday party. I did want to say that my 11 y/o son and his party really enjoyed the lazer tag. They liked the scorecards and the laser tag itself was a great experience. I wouldn't recommend the birthday party package though. I purchased the $250 package with came with 3 games. The party was supposed to be 3-5 and things did not run smoothy at all. The first came was at 3:05 so it didn't even give my guests a few minutes to be a little late just in case traffic was bad. After the first game we did pizza. Typically, the party host clears the table and starts the cake to keep things running smoothly to get the next game in. I ended up doing all of that. The table wasn't even cleared until the area with 10 kids was an absolute disaster. The party favors were given halfway during the party so by the end half of them couldn't find their stuff. It ended up being chaotic as they were running around playing with that stuff. I asked when the next gamewas going to start and it was already 4:00 (mind you we have two more games at 25 min a game. The next game was at 4:12, but the party hostess didn't even make the announcement until 4:15 so now it's 4:45 and obviously the parents that are waiting are ready to go ( I would be) Even though I had one game left (cause the games weren't planned correctly for the time) my host proceeded to tell me that I needed to leave the party area at 5 and he could move everything to the outside rooms. He said I'm not sure why as there is no other party scheduled?! As a result I ended up just getting passes for next time because of the disaster that QZAR calls a birthday party. Then for the bill. The bill was ridiculous Mind you I signed up for $250 party with my $50 deposit I should have paid $200.00 They billed me for almost $300.00. There were two older kids but they were not partaking in the party they didn't eat. They were outside the room. They did play laser tag (2 games) which I told the host I would pay for when he asked. They were charging me $25.00 for each of them, but again they were not part of the party they weren't even in the room. I was really trying to work it out with the host and after about two times the manager comes over into my birthday party space in front of my guests (family, friends and children) indicating that three pizzas were bought (which is part of my party) and they ate pizza accusing me basically of lying. The manager was in the party space very rude arguing and embarassing me. One of my friends asked him to leave the area so we could discuss the situation after arguing with me for about 5 minutes regarding the charges and he then conceded to lowering bill charging me for the laser tag. What!? The total party for me was still an extra $50.00. I did give the host a $50 tip because I felt bad that he had to deal with the manager for me who just shouldn't be manager. I just want to say it really was a disaster and stressful not at all what I hoped it would be. It was 35 minute drive. Even with the free passes I don't think I will come back I'm going to distribute to the kids in their thank you cards. Its a shame as the laser tag is cool, but the service was really terrible. The manager was very unprofessional and again embarassed the heck out of me. I'm very sorry to write a bad review, but I'm just so upset about how things turned out for my son's birthday. He will only be 11 once and I really think this day was tarnished for me not at all a good memory.
  • Good pricing and a decent amount of fun
