  • This place has definitely exceeded my expectations. I have heard bad reviews about other accommodation facilities in the area however I have not one complaint about this place. Firstly, the staff are like family to me, they are always welcoming, they feed us on Tuesdays and have put me in an apartment will like-minded females and we all share common interests, respect each other and get along so well. Everything is included which makes this place even better - from the internet to the utilities and it comes fully furnished also! I've moved here from Australia and I don't regret coming here, I love living here so much! No complaints, only praises from me! Come and check this place out!
  • I seriously love living at the Boardwalk. The management is super friendly and easy to deal with. They take care of things right away. Club house is always clean and everyone here feels like a family to me. We also get free food on Tuesdays and you seriously cant beat that. I mean, REAL food. Super yummy. There is also a free shuttle to USF if you study there. They also did a fantastic job matching me with my roommates. We all get along so well. Its a blessing. Is really the best deal in Tampa by far. You deff get more than what you pay for. So happy!! :) Come live with us!! :P
  • DONT LIVE HERE. LISTEN TO ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. I really wanted to like this place but they really do scam you out of your money. I took days off of work to make sure the apartment was spotless before I moved out. This is what I did at the last two places I had lived. And always got my deposit back. They kept our deposit and charged us more money for cleaning even when it wasn't clean it when we moved it. Don't do it. You think you're saving money because monthly rent is cheap but they charge you for everything when you leave. And they aren't friendly when you try and talk to them about it either.
  • I would love to talk to the owner my daughter room mate boyfriend was living with her, they smoke weed in the room my daughter told management they had proof but nothing is being done about this. The previous management was so much better!!!! Owner please reach out to me and my daughter!!!!
  • I lived at Boardwalk for two years. The new management came in during Spring 2015 and made a lot of changes during the end of my lease. When I signed my lease in 2013, I paid $450/month. Now the apartments are going for $560+ for essentially the same thing, just wood floors. My advice to you is to make sure you document everything when you move in and move out. I was charged over $100 for "carpet cleaning and common room cleaning," which is excessive and borderline scamming. I have pictures of it being clean and fought them on the charges. I thought they were dropping the charges because they ignored my efforts and did not pursue payment. It is not until 1 year and 4 months after I move out do I learn that I still owe them the money!!! I had to pay it or I wouldn't be accepted into my new apartment. It's such a shame. I had a great experience at Boardwalk before the new management came in. Yes, they renovated the entire complex, but all they care about is money. Be careful if you live here.
