  • Ideal if you enjoy trials and seeing nature. This is a great park in a great location. If you're not a fan of walking a lot, there is a good visitors center and it is a short work to an observation tower. From there you can see over the park and hopefully see the resident gators. The boardwalk is a nice stroll through pristine Floridian country. For the small price of admission, this is definitely worth it!
  • I love lettuce lake. It's so peaceful! I saw quite a lot of wild life as well. The board walk is an excellent observation platform. I watched a water moccasin kill a fish! It was SO SICK
  • The bathroom was super clean. That to me was impressive for a park. The chelter we rented was very comfortable and spacious. The grill was very close (good). The kids had a blast. The view of the wilderness was amazing. Definitely going back. Highly recommended.
  • This place is so beautiful. I'm surprised I've never been!! So much better than flatwoods for biking. Amazing wildlife and nature all around you. Can't wait to come back! Definitely stop by. It's two dollars to park.
  • We weren't sure what was in store when we decided to visit Lettuce Lake Park. The paved walking trail, unpaved hiking trails and 3500' of boardwalk sounded interesting enough and the $2 entry was a great value. The star of the show was the boardwalk. We had a close up and intimate look at the nature that abounds in the park. We felt safe, and the animals seemed secure in their surroundings. We definitely recommend this park for visitors of all ages.
