Bayshore Boulevard, Tampa

(4.6/5 based on 750+ reviews on the web)
One of the longest continuous sidewalks in the world, Bayshore Boulevard follows the waterfront next to downtown Tampa. The 7.2 km (4.5 mi) long path is wide enough for walkers, cyclists, and joggers to share without crowding. Historical homes and businesses line the path with peach and pink facades and porches. Consider stopping for a meal at the Colonnade, a seafood restaurant along the path that opened its doors in 1934. Put Bayshore Boulevard on your schedule, and learn what else deserves a visit by using our Tampa trip builder.

  • According to the descriptions of other TripAdvisor users we looked at today the Boulevard. But not on foot, but from the car (3 h are migrated previously). Was also very worth seeing! On the one hand, downtown, then the Bay and on the other side of the beautiful buildings and villas! Nice, very nice! We are the West so Prado Blvd bent also very nice villas and family houses up to the 92! Today no pictures, otherwise the app crashes!

  • Located to the South of the city centre, its sidewalk, as stated earlier, was the longest continuous sidewalk in the world with a length of 4.5 miles (7.2 km) long and 10 feet (3.0 m) in width, which is now used as a place of recreation and physical exercise. 3-mile (4.8-kilometer) bike path, a small park and trail "Bayshore Greenway provide scenic views of the city and the Bay.
